Verizon XV6700 Review

So It's been one month since I purchased the Verizon XV6700. It has an impressive array of features. It's nearly identical to the PPC-6700 on Sprint. Overall, I like and enjoy this phone.What I liked about the phone is the sleek black interior. It's full QWERTY keyboard. It is easy to grip and has a solid construction. The colors are bright, WiFi, Bluetooth, and my personal favorite: EV-DO. That's very fast data transfer by wireless phone standards and makes surfing the web and downloading email with attachments a dream.The quirks that I have is that the screen tends to hold smudges. It's not easy to hold with one hand like the Palm Treo 650, which I also use. You can't use the WiFi and cell phone at the same time. There's a common frustration amongst us of trying to keep our contact information updated in our address book/books, and worrying about losing precious information of those who are close to us. CoPilot Live 6.0 Review

Copilot Live 6.0 Review Last year, I reviewed Co Pilot Live 5 and found it a very complete GPS package. Now Alk Technologies has upped the antie with CoPilot Live 6. Review: VITO Audio Notes 1.0

VITO Technology is known for many high quality Windows Mobile and Symbian applications ranging from VITO Remote for your entertainment devices to VITO Navigator for GPS navigation. Now they're trying their hand at high end voice recording for use in meetings, classrooms and other settings. They've just released VITO Audio Notes 1.0. This first release is a solid one and contains useful features that will make recording classroom lectures and meeting minutes very easy process.

Review: Phraze-It On-Screen Keyboard

There hasn't been much in the way of revolutionary methods of input for handheld devices. Most methods are centered around Qwerty keyboards or simple character recognition. Qwerty keyboards tend to be small enough that they must be used with a stylus or large enough that they take up all the screen real estate. And character recognizers are inaccurate at best when you write the way I do. But Prevalent Devices has developed something new. A new release of HandySwitcher has popped up on Handango and PocketGear. HandySwitcher is a low-footprint task switcher and closer. It's won various awards over the years. Version 2.7 is the latest release. It includes support for square screen devices such as the Palm Treo 700w. One handed operation has also been improved to make task management easier on Windows Mobile phone devices.
