Palm Tungsten E Images - Folder/image Support

Hi!
I recently bought a Palm Tungsten E PDA but then I read that the Image viewer that came with it can't make albums on the SD card. I have 2000+ images on an SD card all organised into folders in the following format -
G:\DCIM\ (the default image folder)
to make
G:\DCIM\Folder 1 etc
but all the App does (called Palm Photos) is displays the pictures in the folders side-by-side. I also cannot create an album on the card via the App either.

So,
1. Is there an image viewing App thats Free that can support Albums or Folders on SD cards;

or one that can be purchased online by a bank/debit card, as I don't have a credit card.
