Palm 5.4 Find Function

I used to be able to use a find function that would look for ANY word in all of the Contacts information. Now it only looks for the persons name or if I didn't put a name down for a company, it will lokk for a company name. Is there something wrong with my Treo 650 or did they make the software worse than it used to be?
