Hi! I am new to the discussion, but I have a problem. I have been working for almost a month to try and resolve some sort of a software conflict with my Palm M130. I have a laptop running XP home and after a dozen re-installs and going through the troubleshooting guide about a hundred times from Palm, I can't get it to work. Palm doesn't offer any help whatsoever unless I pay for a phone call. I have had Palm for many years now, but I am so dissapointed, I am about to give up on them. I know this is the software forum, but if anyone suggests a different PDA product (HP, Sony, etc.) please do so! If anyone has dealt with this problem and has suggestions, it would be great as well. Thanks

Bad news You are using a out of date PDA and Desk Top/Sync. XP will not support such a old PDA and Software. Try the Palm Site to see if they have a patch for XP. You should you do not blast Palm for your aging PDA. Suggest you step up to a Zire or T/E. David

Ok, how about the M150? Does it work with XP? Also, I understand your point, but I also think there has to be some backwards combatibility with older systems as well. I realize that the M130 is a couple of years old, but its not ancient either. Thanks for your input.
