HI
I hope someone here can help me ..I have a visor prism...I installed a porgarm on it "autobody2". and after synchronizing, I goe fatatl display error, and was asked to reset...every time i tap the screen to reset I get the same error again
I tried to do hard reset from the back of my device ...nothing is changed. Evanual The sceen is turned black, and the visor won't start again...Any idea on what happened, and idi I loose my divice this way..is there a way to fix it?

Here is what happened:
1) you installed a program that caused a major conflict. This caused a reset loop.
2) you pressed the reset button, which caused a Soft Reset. This
did not solve the problem, so it went back into a reset loop.
3) the battery ran down
Here's what you need to do:
1) charge it back up for at least 4 hours.
2) The memory may be wiped. If the memory is not wiped, do a Hard Reset. See:

3) look for your Backup folder on the PC. It is under Palm
Desktop, and a folder that has a name similar to your HotSync
username. In the Backup folder, look for and delete the offending
program.
4) HotSync your Prism.
Hopefully that should do it. If not, come back for more help.
