Hi ,

I bought a Treo couple of weeks ago. It reboots or reset quite often.

I don't know, what to do. Battery is fully charged.

Reset happen at any time. It doesn't matter what applications i use.

I have not installed any other software on it. It has bein quite a nightmare.

Hello, have you had the problem solved?

I have a Sprint Treo 650. I had to do a FULL HARD REST...

The Sprint tech person was able to help me out.

If I remember correctly

1) REMOVE Battery

2) Re-insert Battery

3) Hold Reset Button in Battery Case

4) Turn Phone on ( Red Button)

5) When the PalmON Logo appears Push the TOP UP Arrow on the Middle Button

6) Select YES to clear all DATA

One possibility is a known bug with the treo 650 related to "enable network time." doing a hard reset would be a good beginning. then in the preferences section look for date/time. it should be the first option listed i believe. next de-select "enable network time." this means every time you reset thepalm or change the battery you may need to manually reset the time in this same field, but it may stop your resets and save you from a lot of grief.
