Anybody know about or hear about a Palm clamshell type phone?

Preferably CDMA.

I have a Samsung IS500 and it still works great but is getting old and has Palm 4.0 and no slot for a memory card.

Love the form factor but would like to upgrade to something newer yet similiar.
