Hi, does anyone know if there is a PDA out there that will allow me to do this?
I want to to be able to have a word document in the PDA, have the ability for the user to edit that document mainly writing in their initials in certain blanks and then upload that back to the computer.
What I am after is I am creating a word document checklist for my company that they can take in the field and initial certain items as they happen. Then be able to get that document back into the computer.

Not so much a PDA issue as a software issue - I think its fair to say that Documents to Go and QuickOffice for Palm and Mobile Word for WinMobile 5 devices should be able to do this.
Palm comes pree-installed with Docs2Go, WinMobile - Mobile Word. You can choose to sync these documents so they match up on the PDA and computer or Save As... a brand new document for transfer later.
I think that Docs2Go is more fully-featured than Mobile Word.
Other opinions?
