Need To Change The Os Language From Japanese

I bought an IBM WorkPad c3 and everything on it is in Japanese. Can anyone tell me how to change it in English, please ? I tried to install an update, and it worked too, now I have Palm OS 3.5.3 installed, but the interface is still in Japanese.

Can someone help me, PLEASE ?

Thanks, I've allready tried that and it doesn't help me too much, somewhere it was a link to a site that provide interface translation on many languages, English isn't there and my native (Romanian) as a Demo was weird lilke instead of To Do was *&&%. Anyway, thanks.
