Pda- Which One Can I Buy??

My wife just gifted me a Nokia N70.

 I know its not a PDA.

Can anyone help me with buying a PDA, which is not too costly but it would have all the necessary functions a normal man can have (well i really dont know what are the basic necessities).Which does have this synchronising with a Mobile phone, a laptop or a PC.

Well the most important thing is i need to get the value for the money i pay

well to be honest i am fascinated by all electronic stuff although i dont buy many things but i like stuff

ok my basic needs are i should be able to jot down points(handwriting), have a calendar, to do list, task list, maybe something to enter daily accounts, listen music, maybe view some movies or clippings, view emails etc or chat too if i can or possible through a pda.

well i dont need a too costly one, but with the basic needs what i mentioned.maybe read emails or chat if they are not there too is fine.i would like to synchronise with my Nokia N70 and maybe if i get a laptop later with that too.
