Hi I am very new to this site and this type of technology.

I am a stay at home mom & would like to purchase for my husband a PDA.  He really only wants to be able to send and retrieve emails without his laptop.  He must keep his work phone.  So we really don't want to purchase another phone.  Is there something someone could reccommend.  I don't really care about the extra stuff just that it isn't also a phone.

Thanks

Unfortunately, if you want to get a PDA to be able to send and receive email, you will need to get a one that has phone capabilities, but just sign up for the data service.   Any of the major carriers should let you do this.  I'd go with a carrier that you already have a phone plan with,  you may qualify for a lower rate on their data plan if you already have phone service.

Hope this help.
