What Is The Killer Mobile Application For The Futre?

Guys, give me an idea of what would a cool mobile application for the future be like? Something that helps to pull people closer, that can serve business as well as personal connection.

Hi mobilegirl,

Welcome to forums, It's funny a few years ago when I was at a mobile conference I remember hearing that email was the killer app. I thought how simple and silly, considering what you can do with your PDA. Well a few years later that is still what most people want. A lot of my peers with Treo's don't even relies the possibilities.

I am getting ready to go to CES (Consumer Electronics Show) This is where all the OEM's break out the dancing girls and tell us how cool their new phone/PDA is, As robust as these devices are getting simple app like a mobile My Space will probablyl win the day because in the end phone, emails it is all about human interaction and connection.

Anyone else have thoughts?

What about Flash light is that going to take off? I hear it will be a big push for Nokia next year.

Seems to me what is huge right now and in the near future is mobile multimedia. You've got ABC/Disney/ESPN shows on your iPod, downloadable television for your phone and Starz movies for other Windows Mobile devices. Everybody wants to take their entertainment with them now. I'll be watching with interest to see how this area grows.

Well according to Gary's Review MobiTv may be it. Funny I have herd that frame rates for video where horrible so who knows. I know the carriers are betting on good TV but will we watch?
